Tragically, an 11 year-old boy in Wisconsin accidently killed himself recreating some Halo action by himself using a .22 caliber rifle. He had ejected the magazine but had forgotten or didn’t realize that a bullet was left in the chamber. He ended up fatally shooting himself in the head. Here is a link to the article.

I wonder how soon it will take for people to start blaming the game.
