What are your thoughts on Halo 3: Recon?

Nick Smith and I are in general agreement that Bungie’s initial trailer made it seem like a new something was right around the corner. But winter 2009? That should’ve been Halo 4, brosef.

I really hope that I’ve put Halo 3 down by winter 2009. It’s been driving me bonkers lately.

We tried to play some Team Fortress 2 last night, but I’m such a noob at it that I can’t do much more than BBQ an opponent every now and then. (If you have tips for me, I’d LOVE to hear ‘em.) I like the game in general, but my lack of knowledge leaves me frustrated with it.

In other news, I’ve preordered Gears of War 2, and that feels good. Nick and I are going to rock the coop mode when it comes out.
