Halo Wars "Red" and "Blue" Artwork
Everyone by now has probably taken the time to “finish the fight” in Halo 3. If you are like me then you are looking forward to having new reasons to pick the Halo franchise back up. I must point out that Halo 3 still sits atop (or near) the most played games list on Xbox Live. So many people have not yet put Halo 3 down, ignoring our 10 reasons to kick it to the curb (including the author). Bungie and Microsoft have done a very solid job at adding DLC and updating the game based on the needs and preferences of the players, even offering up more achievements.
For those that love Halo but are waiting for the “next thing“, we have two “games” to look forward to. There is Halo 3: ODST that was once called Halo 3: Recon. Sort of a sequel or different take on Halo 3 with a different main character than Master Chief. Then there is the strategy game I am looking forward to called Halo Wars.
We have been following this Ensemble studios project that even “Bungie is really excited about” for months. We showed you the box art, the new vehicles, interviews with the developers, told you about the involvement of the Flood, gave you some early screenshots, and have kept up on the videos.
Now we have some new artwork that plays up to the “good vs evil” theme constant in the Halo franchise. We have the red and blue Halo Wars artwork. Red and blue have been the generic colors to show the two sides of the Halo universe, this thematic artwork does a great job of illustrating the two sides. Which side would you rather be on?
