Top five things I wish my recon plane also did

“OUR RECON PLANE WILL FIND THEM!” Ok, that’s pretty cool, I guess, but I wish my recon plane did a few other things in Call of Duty: World at War.

I wish:

5. it dropped pizza and burritos. I don’t know about you, but when I get hungry, my skills go to hell in a satchel. Maybe I’m confusing the video game world and the real world. It’s not like no one has ever done that before.

Even if you could get burritos in the game world–on second thought, maybe this is a bad idea. You’d have to Betty out the bunker on Cliffside, just to get halfway through your burrito and then get knifed by the third guy while you were enjoying the hot-sauce goodness. That’s a waste of a good burrito.

4. it popped up in the campaign–especially on “veteran” difficulty. After all, you get artillery on some missions. Maybe the recon plane could find snipers and could also have a brain ray, so that it could make Roebuck and Polonsky a little less “preoccupied” with the thought of Greta Garbo.

3. that it smashed into the guy who exploits the glitch on Outskirts where he is suspended 200 feet up in the air. Yeah–I know–I can snipe that guy easily from my favorite camping spot (trade secret), but why should I have to look up 200 feet in the sky every now and then, just to make sure some DB is not up there? I should be more worried about sHaDoWsN1p3r_666, who thinks that the church’s belltower is really the happenin’ place to be.

2. that it scooped up every juggernaut and took them all to Siberia.

1. that it dropped a load of warm manure on the programmers who left so many glitches in the game for its release.

That’s right. I said it.
