What if Videogame Characters Used Twitter?

Millions of people are using Twitter in their day to day lives to send messages from the web or their mobile devices to one another (we just joined too). At PWN or DIE we took a cue from Historical Tweets where they show what text messages from famous historical figures may have looked like and we imagined what some of these messages might look like if they were sent within the gaming universe.

For our first batch we chose classic NES games like Contra, Punch Out, and Super Mario Brothers as well as more contemporary hits like Call of Duty, GTA IV, Left 4 Dead, and more. We would love to see what others you may have in mind and maybe we will keep adding more of these? Enjoy!
