Consumer electronics manufacturer Vivo Products has announced a couple of changes in their corporate lineup today. Bernard Stolar has been appointed to Chairman of the Board and Kelli Richards assumes the role of VP Business Development&Content Partnerships.

Vivo currently boasts three products including a Jillian Michaels Flash Drive, Gene Simmons Axe, and the Vivo Video player. The famous Axe guitar from the legendary front man of KISS, Gene Simmons is forever immortalized in plastic by Vivo for use in Rock Band and Guitar Hero games on the Playstation 2 and Playstation 3 consoles. Jillian Michaels has her likeness on 2gb flash drives that are a compliment her Fitness Ultimatum Nintendo Wii game. The Vivo Video is touted as “the ultimate all-in-one mp3 and mp4 player”.

Bernie Stolar boasts an impressive resume that spans over 30 years in the interactive entertainment industry. Among his titles he has carried are EVP of third party content for the Sony Playstation, President and COO
of SEGA of America, President of Mattel Interactive, and Chairman of
the Board, Adscape Media.

Kelli Richards has spent 10 years with Apple, worked at EMI Music, and ran her own firm, The All Access Group. Her experience is in the music industry developing music initiatives as well as working with artists and companies within the industry to connect artists with their fans and create new revenue streams.

He is an active advisor to a wide range of innovative companies and investment firms.

Ms. Richards, respected for her work in helping established artists connect directly with their fans to create new revenue streams, has an extensive career as an early pioneer in digital music and entertainment having worked in Artists & Repertoire at EMI Music, launched and run music initiatives at Apple Inc during her 10-year tenure there, and working with a range of disruptive technology companies at her own firm The All Access Group during the past decade. In parallel to her work with Vivo, she continues to consult and advise branded artists, content owners, and innovative consumer-facing technology companies.
