Activision sent us an updated version of the highly anticipated first person shooter from Infinity Ward (Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare), Modern Warfare 2. This logo was first seen in the first MW2 teaser trailer shown at GDC 2009. The logo captured from the video is below. Let us know what differences you see between the two versions. The most obvious is the placement of the “2″ which has been moved to the right in the revised version of the logo. One thing is for sure, neither of these logos make any reference to the Call of Duty franchise, which is apparently part of the game plan.
