After setting records with the Call of Duty: World at War, Map Pack 1 DLC, Activision and Treyarch are putting up big numbers yet again with Map Pack 2 reaching another one million downloads in the first week of release. From June 11-14 over one million people purchased the maps across the XBL and PSN networks, including some codes we gave away on Twitter (@PWN_or_DIE).
The new downloadable content for Call of Duty: World at War is packed with four maps including Bonzai, Corrosion, Sub Pens, and Shi No Numa and is available for purchase on the Xbox LIVE Marketplace for 800 Microsoft Points. It is also on the PlayStationStore for the PLAYSTATION 3 for $9.99.
You could make a case that the new zombie map full of Imperial Army Zombies and the undead Hell Hounds in the trailer below is worth the cost of the maps on its own.
