Basketball fans were recently presented with the unique opportunity to pick the final cover of NBA 2K 10. 2K Sport selected Kobe Bryant as their cover athlete and created four different box covers that featured the “Black Mamba”. One of those choices even included him in a New York Knicks uniform, the favorite team of director Spike Lee.

The fans were given a limited time to vote on which cover will be on the game when it is released later this fall. The votes are in and the fans have chosen the image above as the cover of NBA 2K 10.

Kobe Bryant recently squared off with the NBA Defensive Player of the Year, Dwight Howard in the NBA Finals and will be battling it out once again in the video game marketplace. Howard was tapped as the cover athlete for NBA Live 10 from EA. Kobe is hoping his game will take top honors as the better game just has his Los Angeles Lakers proved to be better than the Orlando Magic in just five short games.
