With Rock Band’s release of the Gorillaz DLC, Activision has retaliated with Eric Johnson’s single, “Camel’s Night Out” available now on the Xbox 360 (160 MS), PlayStation 3 ($1.99), and Wii (200 WP) for Guitar Hero: World Tour. Also next week look for the Activision Music Track Pack with three bands from the Activision Family: Awaken with “The Silence is Deafening,” “Nothing All the Time” by H is Orange and “I’ll Never Know” by Hundred Reasons.

On a sad note, the last bit of DLC will release for GH: WT with “Dueling Banjos” to gear up for the release of Guitar Hero 5 which hit stores on September 1st. Eric Johnson is a good addition but without an actual appearance the star power of Shirley Manson, Carlos Santana, Grandmaster Flash (DJ Hero), and Van Halen is way more enticing.
