Bouncing around the Interwebs today is the news that Disney will buy Marvel Entertainment.

“This is perfect from a strategic perspective,” Disney Chief Executive Robert Iger told CNNMoney.com. “This treasure trove of over 5,000 characters offers Disney the ability to do what we do best.”

So, it looks like your future Marvel video games will all be, at rock bottom, Disney games. I doubt there will be any significant changes in the gameplay. Disney can’t risk alienating hardcore Marvel fans, right? After all, Disney ain’t stupid…
