To celebrate their new albums this week, Harmonix and MTV Games are releasing song packs next week that feature music from the two bands. Songs from Kula Shaker and Just Kait will be added as well next week to the Rock Band’s epic Music Store. And Harmonix is not forgetting handheld users, as more Foo Fighters tracks will be available for download next week on Rock Band Unplugged for PSP.

Here is the official list of songs that will be added:

Available on Xbox 360 and Wii (Sept. 29) and PlayStation 3 system (Oct. 1):

Rock Band Unplugged Tracks for PSP System

Rock Band Unplugged fans will enjoy the addition of Foo Fighters “Monkey Wrench” and “Lonely as You” to the 43 tracks already available via the Rock Band Unplugged in-game music store for the PSP system.

Y’know, sometimes I wonder what Rock Band will do when they are no more songs to include. I mean, what would happen? What if Guitar Hero and Rock Band joined? It would be an insane cacophony of music celebrities and songs lists. I cannot really fathom such an act. I am going to stop because this blog is in danger of imploding.
