While many people are logging in heavy hours on Call of Duty 4, Call of Duty: World at War, and Halo 3, a quiet but substantial amount of console gamers have been partaking in the epic battles of Battlefield: Bad Company. The Battlefield series got its start on PC and amassed a dedicated following with 64-player battles, vehicular combat with jeeps, tanks, helicopters, and jets, and online leaderboards. Console gamers got to see what all of the fuss was about last year with Battlefield: Bad Company (although Battlefield 2: Modern Combat was released on Xbox 360, Xbox, and Playstation, many thought it did not catch the essence of the Battlefield series).

Anyways, the first Bad Company was popular enough to warrant a sequel, which is on target for a Spring 2010 release. Today DICE (the developer of the series) announced a Limited Edition for the game and included some screenshots with it.
