Red Dead Redemption Release Date on the Horizon

In classic Rockstar fashion, gamers have had to wait a little longer to get Red Dead Redemption. It was originally scheduled for a Fall ship date, but was part of the epic Release Date Migration of ‘09 (I just made that up, btw). Red Dead Redemption now has officially been dated for April 27, 2010 in North America and three days later on April 30 for the rest of the world.
Redemption’s claim is that it aims to be the first game to truly nail the feel of the spaghetti western genre, as well as be Rockstar’s official take on westerns too. As a gamer, you really should have no reason to be skeptical of this game, just so you know. Everything about it screams badass. Epic and iconic American landscapes, rugged and cut-from-stone characters, stylizations reminiscent of classic Sergio Leone spaghetti western films, and of course, the touch of Rockstar Games. Keep an eye on this one. As a parting gift I am including the latest Red Dead Redemption video, which was released last week.
