If you have been PWNing noobs online and all of that fun stuff on Modern Warfare 2 recently, you might have been the victim of a glitch that a few players have discovered and exploited. It is possible in all versions of Modern Warfare 2 to run with a Javelin rocket launcher while wearing semtex, detonate yourself and create an explosion with a 10-15 ft radius. Doing this and running into a group of enemies can easily generate 3-4 kills (depending on how many are nearby).

Most players have understandably found this suicide bombing trick kind of shameless and unfair, and Xbox Live has stepped in and will ban those using the “Javelin Glitch” for a day. Sony does not seem to be worried, as they have not initiated bannings at all. The maker of Modern Warfare 2, Infinity Ward, is currently working on a fix that will eliminate players from using this glitch.
