Guitar Hero DLC This Week (Look below for Rock Band DLC)

Guitar Hero will be taking a different approach this week for DLC, and is releasing the ‘Indie Rock Track Pack’ with 3 indie songs from just as many artists. The pack includes:

“Hi-Speed Soul” by Nada Surf
“Cut Your Hair” by Pavement
“Sister Jack” by Spoon

The Indie Rock Track Pack is now available through Xbox Live Marketplace for 440 MS Points($5.50), on the Playstation Store for $5.49, and on the Wii Shop Channel for 550 Wii Points. Each song is also available for 160 MS Points ($2.00) on Xbox Live, $1.99 on PS Network, and on the Wii for 200 Wii Points each.

Next week’s DLC for Rock Band will be another Weezer-oriented and includes 3 tracks from the group and 3 from other groups. See for yourself:

This collection of tracks will be available as the “Weezer Pack 03″ on Xbox 360 and Playstation 3. Each track can also be purchased individually on Xbox 360, Playstation 3, and Wii. Each track with a ‘*’ next to it is also compatible with LEGO Rock Band.
