In addition to uncovering underground tech fight clubs and passing out “Best of the Best” awards at CES, G4 has been reshaping their editorial team lately. First it was Adam Sessler being promoted and now today they have added Billy Berghammer to their editorial team.

There have been previous stories of “real” fight clubs in the media. But none like this one. Go with the G4 team as they visit SILCON VALLEY, CA. Where all the huge internet brands are based and technology rules. Why would grown men that love computers and video games gather to beat each other up?

Adam Sessler from X-Play fame at G4 has been given a pretty sweet promotion. He is now the Editor in Chief of G4 Games Content. I for one believe this is a good pick as Adam is not only passionate but also knowledgeable about video games. Congrats Adam.

G4 and their hit show “X-Play” have announced their complete list of nominees for the “X-Play Best of 2008″ awards show that will premier in a one-hour special on the network Tuesday December 9, 2008 at 8pm est/pst. The show’s hosts Adam Sessler and Morgan Webb will be revealing the selections from the 20+ categories in the sixth annual special.
