In case you missed it, you can now get new tracks from Locksley for Rock Band: Their press release says:

Each track will be available for $.99 per track (80 Microsoft Points) for one month or the 3-pack for $2.99 (240 Microsoft Points for Xbox 360) for one month. Prices good until September 29, 2008, when they return to the regular price point of $1.99 (160 Microsoft Points for Xbox 360) per track or the 3-pack for $5.49 (440 Microsoft Points for Xbox 360).
