You may remember us telling you about a service called “You Play or We Pay” that compensated World of Warcraft players that experienced lagged gaming or server downtime. The concept has been similar to insurance in that it paying a monthly premium would “cover” gamers in the event that they are unable to play WOW due to degraded service.
